Two gardens invite you to relax, and hiking and biking trails start right at your doorstep. Freudensee Lake and winter sports facilities are just a short drive away.
Shopping is 10 minutes away, and the “City of Three Rivers,” Passau, is 20 minutes away by car.
The house features 3 bedrooms on the first floor (with double beds for 6 people) and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor consists of a large, spacious kitchen-diner with a dining area, an open-concept living room, and a large bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Two gardens offer space to relax. In the basement, there is a washing machine for guests’ use. Free parking is available.
The entire house, as well as both gardens, are available to guests. Parking is available in front of the house and is free of charge.
