Your vacation home on the 1st floor of Haus Berolina is suitable for up to 4 people:
- Entryway with coat rack and full-length mirror
- Living room with a two-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, and a TV,
direct access to the furnished balcony,
- Integrated, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment,
dining area with a table and 4 chairs
- Bedroom with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a dresser
- Modern bathroom with shower and toilet
- Separate guest restroom
Swimming in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sun deck (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).
IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
