Accommodating 10 guests, with the possibility of 4 additional guests on extra beds, the villa features five stylish, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, TV, and private balcony access. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, while two occupy the top floor together with a spacious, fully equipped office.
The central living area sits on the middle level: a bright, elegant space furnished with premium Italian pieces, flowing into a contemporary kitchen designed under the guidance of a professional chef and a refined dining area. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace with a heated pool, sun loungers, a lounge zone, and an alfresco dining table with a barbecue, perfect for relaxed evenings with family and friends.
The ground floor is dedicated to socializing and wellness. A charming tavern with a kitchen and a wine cellar invites gatherings, local wine tasting, and convivial meals. The spa area includes a sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage table, ideal for rejuvenation.
