House was a good size for 2 families. Property was nice with wildflowers and a few deer roaming through. It seemed like the cleaners ran out of time before we arrived. Floors and kitchen were not completed. There were not enough bath or hand towels for the amount of people staying which required that we do a couple loads of laundry. We had asked for more but never received them. Kitchen items were lacking and / or needed to be updated.

This home was just as described and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Highlight was the spacious deck, we spent lots of time out there.

Have been in many VRBO rentals, this place had some unusual features. Many of the cabinets and closets were locked for owner use. No closet available in master bedroom, it was locked. Needed to hang my clothes. Half kitchen cabinets for owner only. Garage locked. Yard was messy and not mowed. Curtains in rooms did not cover windows which was a little scary at night. Needed instruction manuals for appliances and electronics. Needs oven mitts, a blow dryer in each bathroom and a couple extra rolls of toilet paper would be nice. But it was clean and a good space for the 5 of us. About an hour’s drive to Yosemite.
