🌊 Apartment "La Belle Vie", managed by La Conciergerie du Rivage, with an area of 78 m², completely renovated with quality materials and new furniture. Located in the quiet residential area of the Port of Carqueiranne, it is only 300m from the port, the beaches, but also close to the Beau Rivage park.
An ideal location to enjoy the coastline, seaside walks, restaurants in the port and the city center, where the Provencal market is held on Thursday mornings.
The accommodations are composed as follows:
➡️ Living room:
- Large bright living room with a southern exposure with access to the balcony and unobstructed views to the sea.
- Dining area with table that can accommodate 6 guests.
- Relaxation area with convertible sofa bed (140 cm), convertible armchair (1 seater) and smart TV + Wi-Fi.
- Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer...
➡️ Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 160 cm double bed, large wardrobe with wardrobe, unobstructed view to the sea.
- Bedroom 2: either 2 single beds (90 cm) or a double bed (180 cm), depending on the desired configuration. Storage space present.
➡️ Bathroom & WC:
- Modern bathroom and large shower with integrated massage jets.
- Inside: a hair dryer, a hair straightener and a curling iron.
- WC.
➡️ Exteriors:
- Balcony with unobstructed view to the sea, ideal for enjoying the sun.
- Easy and free parking in the area, just in front of the residence.
- Private cellar in annex that can accommodate bicycles (located on the roof of the residence, on the top floor).

It’s a nice apartment with everything included. Two air-conditions blocks cool down the apartment efficiently. It has all modern equipment. The apartment is located 5mins away from a store. The location is calm. It’s 7-10 mins away from the local beach. The beach is clean and with the lifeguards. We took an uber from Toulon. In the city you cannot rent a car. Also, one can dive or rent a boat at the marina. The internet is very fast. The beds are comfortable. Place where to return.
