By using ceramic floor coverings with built-in underfloor heating and other anti-allergic materials (including beds, mattresses, etc.), we offer our guests an allergy-free house to feel good in. That is why we do not allow pets in the house. Smoking is also not permitted in the entire house. However, it is possible to smoke on the balcony. Landhaus Jasmin offers an attractive combination of sport and relaxation. Numerous sports and leisure facilities and a new wellness centre (the Grimmingtherme) are available in Bad Mitterndorf. In summer you can relax in the communal garden or enjoy our large barbecue area. The Landhaus Jasmin is the starting point for marvellous mountain, hiking and cycling tours of all levels of difficulty. You can swim in the outdoor pool, in the thermal baths or at the surrounding lakes. Fishing, sailing, boating, tennis - almost everything is possible. In winter you can go skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and curling. We can offer our guests all of this. The ski run from the Tauplitzalm down into the valley to Bad Mitterndorf runs right past our house.
