Loved the location. So close in proximity to everything. The direct access to the train was also so incredible. Loved the views from the lobby and rooms as well.
Taking the two elevators to get to your room and to leave the hotel was a little annoying.

We stayed on the 20th floor in a corner room, the view was incredible, the room was spacious and we think this was the best room we stayed in on our whole trip in Japan. You can access the hotel direct from the station, it’s close to all the big highlights and shopping malls.
We liked it all, we wished we could have stayed longer

Excellent hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay - the rooms and overall experience were great.
The staff could be a little rigid at times and not very flexible, which made some interactions less pleasant than expected.
