Sehr gute Lage und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, direkt gegenüber vom Botanischem Garten, Supermärkte und Caffes ganz in der Nähe, Hbf ist nur 500m entfernt, Tramhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Einige Kunstwerke sind mit QR-Codes ausgestattet und so kann man über berühmte Kroaten mehr erfahren.

No breakfast but supermarket close by.
I feel a coffee machine is basic requirement these days and this was not provided. The trams out front were very noisy and literally shake the building.

Spotless, spacious, well-equipped. Superb location. Excellent choice for solo travelers. The host was exceptionally welcoming and kind, he was always available and readily answered all my questions. The apartment itself is quite literally a museum, complete with an interactive display for full immersion in Croatian culture. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you could think of, and then more. Amenities galore. This is now my go-to place to stay in Zagreb.
The apartment is located on a very busy road with trams passing by fairly frequently, and whenever that happens, the furniture shakes. The noise from the street can make falling asleep a bit difficult.
