My newly refurbished, modern, warm and fully-equipped flat is ideal for a successful stay in Paris for two.

Great property. Air conditioning in each room, nice balcony, comfortable accommodations. One room has a low ceiling and one bathroom is small, but otherwise fantastic property and location was amazing! Short walk to multiple Metros/RER and pedestrian street with great restaurants.

Great location. Apartment had everything we needed. One bedroom has a low ceiling and the downstairs toilet is small, but overall, this was an excellent apartment.

Check in process was easy. We were made aware that there are stairs but this flat is on the 5th floor with 95 small steps to carry our luggage up. We were all females with a lot of luggage. It was very tiring and dangerous going up those steps. One of us in the group tripped on the last 2 steps and broke her 2 toes and bruised the other 3 and had to go to ER to have it looked at. If you are elderly or have bad knees, this is not for you. Half of us are in our twenties and the other half early 50s and we struggled. But location is good.
