The location of this place was a five out of five but the condition of the place was a two maybe a three. For the money it was quite expensive. However, the location can’t be beat. You can see the ocean from the unit and Mission Beach is a blast. There are nearby, restaurants, and things to do such as amusement park and we even went to a professional lacrosse game. We rented both units upstairs and downstairs, which was great for bringing an in law or a grandparent along the place needed to have better kitchen utensils and the grill was in terrible condition when we arrived. There was sand in one of the beds, but overall the place was decently clean. We were just expecting a better conditioned place.
