A deeply disappointing experience. We had to leave immediately due to unacceptable cleanliness.
Unfortunately, there was nothing to like. We left immediately after arriving because the property's cleanliness and hygiene were far below acceptable standards.
I would not recommend staying at this property.
When we arrived, we found the accommodation to be in an unacceptable condition. There were serious cleanliness and hygiene issues throughout the property that made us feel it was unsafe to stay. We left immediately and did not spend a single night there, and we had to find alternative accommodation at our own expense.
I contacted the host and Booking.com immediately, provided photographic evidence of the property's condition, and requested a full refund because the accommodation was not as advertised and was not fit to stay in. Despite the fact that we never stayed at the property, my refund request was refused.
I am also extremely disappointed with how Booking.com handled this situation. As a long-time customer, I expected better support when a property clearly failed to meet basic cleanliness and safety standards. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Booking.com. I will no longer use Booking.com for future bookings, and I cannot recommend the platform or this property to my friends and family.
We were so concerned about the property's condition that I contacted the Osaka City authorities to report the hygiene issues and request that they inspect the accommodation. The photos I submitted clearly show the problems, particularly the condition of the beds and the stains on the pillows. Despite providing this evidence and contacting both the property owner and Booking.com multiple times, my concerns were not adequately addressed.
This was one of the worst travel experiences I have had, and I hope both the property and Booking.com take greater responsibility for protecting their customers.

La semaine avant d’arriver, j’ai lu des commentaires qui était très négatif sur le logement (saleté, problème d’hygiène, vaisselle pas faite, photo non conformes …). J’ai voulu annuler, j’ai écrit six messages à l’établissement sans n’avoir jamais aucune réponse de leur part. J’ai seulement reçu leur message automatique pour le Check in et le check Out. Ne réservez pas ici !

Läget var helt okej. Nära tunnelbanan (Nipponbashi) och Namba Walk vilket är ett underjordisk köpcentrum mellan Nipponbashi och Namba station. 10-15 minuter till Dotonbori.
Skicket på rummet var under all kritik. Trasig säng, kök som inte fungerade, städningen var obefintlig (hittade en medicinask på golvet från en tidigare gäst i ett hörn). Se bilderna vi tagit istället. När vi hörde av oss fick vi först svar att vi kunde byte rum om två dagar. När två dagar gått fick vi inte någon återkoppling trots återkommande påminnelse. Förstörde hela vår vistelse i Osaka!

L’emplacement il n’y avait que ça de positif
L’appartement était sale, ne correspondait pas du tout à la description : tapisserie déchirée, odeur nauséabonde lors de notre arrivée, latte de sommier cassées, drap plein de tâches, vaisselles encore avec des résidus de nourriture. Je regrette de ne pas avoir pris plus de photos.
