I booked this place through Booking.com, as I usually do. I was impressed by the beautiful photos and the almost unbelievable rating of 10.
However, only after I had made the reservation and told them that I was on my way, they contacted me via WhatsApp and told me that the room I had booked was not available. They said that the only option was a larger and more expensive apartment, and that the payment had to be made directly to them.
With no real alternative at that point, I agreed to pay more for the larger apartment.
Unfortunately, absolutely nothing was as shown in the pictures. Everything was old, worn out, and improvised, and the apartment was nothing like the description on Booking.com.
Their WhatsApp message said that payment could be made either through PayPal or in cash. I chose to pay through PayPal. The employee who came up to the apartment with me — after I had waited downstairs for about 30 minutes — told me that I had to send the PayPal payment as a “Friends and Family” transfer rather than as a payment for a product or service. Since they were registered as a business, this option was not available to me.
As a result, I had to pay for a taxi to an ATM, withdraw cash, return to the apartment, and pay her in cash.
The apartment was absolutely not as described or shown in the photos.
They also asked me to cancel my reservation on Booking.com.
This makes me question the extremely high rating of this property. It is possible that guests who book through Booking.com are asked to cancel their reservations, which could explain why there are so few reviews and why the rating is so high.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend booking this property based on the photos, description, or rating shown on Booking.com.

Bardzo schludny i zadbany obiekt. Kilka kroków do parku czy pubów. Przepiękna Pani która przekazała mi klucze, aż zapomniałem języka w gębie. :)
Uszkodzona deska w toalecie. Pani która przekazywała klucze poprosiła o anulowanie rezerwacji,bo niby dostałem inny pokój niż zamawiałem. Podejrzewam,że było to po to by nie musieć płacić Booking,no bo przecież rezerwacja anulowana. Nieładnie.
