The location is excellent!! Everything was as displayed. Clean and comfortable! The host went out of her way to accommodate all my needs, even getting me a fan for the stay. Quite honestly I think that’s what sets this rental apart from others!

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la playa. La propietaria estaba siempre atenta ante cualquier duda. La cama era grande y cómoda.

Se escucha todo el ruido de la calle lo único. Tuvimos un pequeño problema, durante 4 noches vimos cucarachas pequeñas. Se lo comentamos a Elena y ella lo solucionó enseguida, solo que al fumigar aún podían salir algunas, por eso nos encontramos alguna más tras solucionar el problema. Además, me comentó que los fumigadores le dijeron que ese tipo de cucaracha no era el de allí, que habría ido en alguna caja, por lo que el problema no era del apartamento en sí. Pero Elena lo solucionó rápidamente.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped from a hair dryer and towels to a coffee machine! Large fridge and all the kitchen amenities you could think of! worked perfectly and you can tell Elena cares about her guests! The location is perfect, between many shops and the beach, with many local shops and cafes. The instructions for the property were very easy and Elena was such a lovely host ensuring I had everything I needed but was always accessible if anything was needed.

Great position, very close to Las Canteras Beach and to Santa Catalina Bus Station. Also many restaurants and groceries closeby, and even a car rental just next to it. The place is good by size, with good WiFi and a smart TV.

The biggest issue was, the flat has no air conditioning so it gets really hot. So I do not really recommend to rent it on summer or whenever it's expected to be hot weather, otherwise you will suffer a lot (as I did). Another issue is that the road is very noisy and you will hear it all from the window. Additionally, the flat next to it is also for tourists with very tiny walls, so if you are unlucky you will hear noise and discussions from them as well. So overall I found it hard to relax, during all my stay, because of these noise issues. Additionally, it seems there was a problem with the building door so I had to wait at the entrance with my luggage, which was not pleasant at all, until someone opened the door for me. Of course this is not the host responsibility, but also I sent a message and I got no reply at all until 3 days later, which also is not the best.
