It was very spacious compared to most stays we've tried in Japan. For the very cheap price it's good value for money. The check-in and checkout process was easy and seamless. The host is very responsive ad helpful to our requests.

Some places like windows and vents were dusty. I think it caused a bit of sneezing for us. But it's negligible. The body wash is provided, but on our first day the smell of the body wash was kinda fishy and was color green. I just threw out some of it but the rest was okay. I think it may have been stored there for a while without being used. I forgot and didn't have the time to bring this up with the host. Otherwise for our other needs the host was very helpful and fast to respond. Can be noisy in the middle of the night and early morning. We were on the first floor - it's beside a small bar and we could drunk customers shouting/laughing, or garbage collectors so it can wake you up if you're a light sleeper like myself. Check-out time is too early (10am). I wish it could have at least been 11am or 12nn like most places. Or at least provide locker service for the luggage.

Superb location and facilities. Very cheap. Easy access to Donky, convenience stores, and spa world.

Stayed for four nights. Environment noise and light was bad. There property is on a small road. Your pillow and cars/pedestrians are one thin wall away. I woke up every time the trash collecting truck came by. Also, there's a large clear window that lets light in, no curtain. It's so bright in the morning from 5AM and you can't help it. Highly recommend to bring ear plugs (and maybe eye mask). They are sold in most drug store. Nitpicking: Pillow was high and soft. Bed was on the soft side.

離新動物園站、新今宮站很近，走路5分鐘即可搭乘JR，車站附近也有開到凌晨五點的唐吉柯德以及全家，走到新世界商店街也不用五分鐘，住所安靜舒適、機能很好

床太軟，睡太多天會有一點腰酸背痛，通風口處有不少灰塵
