Modern vacation home near the beach—ideal for families and vacations with dogs

Our modern, single-story vacation home (40 m²), built in 2018, is located in a lovingly landscaped vacation park in the Netherlands—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Dogs are very welcome here, making it ideal for a relaxing vacation with the whole family, including your four-legged friends.
The house is comfortably and modernly furnished. There is a TV in both the living room and the master bedroom. The bedrooms feature high-quality box-spring beds: a double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the children’s bedroom.
The fully equipped built-in kitchen with a granite countertop offers everything you need on vacation: a gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, Senseo, electric kettle, egg cooker, juicer, and various kitchen utensils.
The cozy living area, featuring a leather couch and a swivel armchair, invites you to relax. A gas heater and an additional pellet stove provide cozy warmth—especially pleasant in the fall and winter.
The living area opens directly onto the fenced-in garden with two wooden decks—perfect for relaxing and ideal for guests with dogs. There is a parking space right in front of the house, so you can drive right up to the door.
The beach is within walking distance and offers swimming and numerous water sports activities in the summer. At Windy Waters, you can rent SUPs, boats, or surfing gear; you’re also welcome to bring your own equipment. Right on the beach, a restaurant with a magnificent view of the water invites you to linger.
The vacation park features a mini-market, a mini-golf course, bike rentals, indoor and outdoor play areas, and a swimming pool with a spa area (for a fee)—all within easy reach.
The surrounding area is ideal for walks with your dog, as well as for biking and hiking tours through the beautiful nature of the Veluwe. Popular destinations include the Dolfinarium, Walibi amusement park, the “Hidden Village,” as well as Amsterdam or Amersfoort Zoo for a day trip.
