On the German side, it’s just a short trip to Bad Neualbenreuth, which, with its “Sibyllenbad” thermal spa, is perfect for a relaxing day at the spa. You’re also very close to the History Park in Bärnau, where you can experience the Middle Ages up close. Starting in spring 2026, our garden will also invite you to linger: various terraces with a grill and a spot for a campfire, a wellness area with a garden sauna featuring panoramic views into the distance, a hot tub (hotpot), sun loungers, access to a small stream, a storage room for bicycles with charging stations, and—starting in summer 2026—an outdoor play area for the kids. A carport with an electric charging station is available for your car. The house is a smoke-free property. A covered smoking area is provided. The spacious “Anton” vacation apartment accommodates up to five people and is the ideal place for relaxing days with family or friends. Quietly located and in close proximity to biking and hiking trails, it combines relaxation in nature with a high level of comfort. High-quality Swiss stone pine, natural materials such as wood and clay, and the lovingly designed garden with a garden sauna create an atmosphere where you can immediately feel at home and unwind. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (2 × 2 m) made of local solid wood and Swiss stone pine, as well as another bedroom with a king-size bed (2 × 2 m) and an additional single bed (1 × 2 m), also crafted from solid wood and Swiss stone pine. High-quality 7-zone mattresses with a coconut fiber insert and an allergy-friendly aloe vera cover—all produced locally—ensure a restful night’s sleep. The cozy living area, complete with a smart TV, a sleeper sofa, and a small children’s play corner, invites you to relax and unwind. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with rustic wooden cabinet fronts leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are all provided. The adjacent dining area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The modern bathroom impresses with a Swiss stone pine ceiling and a spacious, open shower. The comfort is complemented by a separate restroom with an urinal and sink. Stable and fast Wi-Fi enables both relaxed streaming and working from home. Wall-mounted radiators provide pleasant radiant heat, much like the sun’s, while hardwood floors made from locally sourced “moon wood” and the use of natural building materials create a particularly healthy living environment. The “Anton” vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment and a retreat for anyone who values peace, quality, and time spent together. The deposit is 100% of the nightly rate. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival.
