この家 について
Our vacation home is an old half-timbered house from the 18th century that we have lovingly renovated over the past few years. The former farmstead is bordered by a farm gate facing the street. A spacious courtyard leads to the Kommod house. At the rear of the courtyard stand the former stable and barn buildings, which we live in. The rear building (formerly a barn) leads out to a large garden.
The Kommod vacation home is located in the heart of the historic center of Lachen-Speyerdorf, a district of Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Directly across from the house is a public parking lot and a bus stop.
Kommod Vacation Home:
The Kommod vacation home has two floors. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, a storage room, and a guest restroom. A staircase leads upstairs to two bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower, tub, and toilet, and a cozy hallway.
On-site costs: Come and make yourself at home in our cozy, well-furnished half-timbered house. With about 130 square meters of space, everyone can find a quiet corner to relax on their own or socialize with friends and family. The large, enclosed courtyard also offers both sunny and shady spots that you’re welcome to use. For cyclists, we provide secure bike storage as well as the option to charge e-bikes.Welcome.
Check-in is available from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
