Born into families of winemakers, Céline and Frédéric embarked on their own adventure in 2013. They established their own estate, nestled in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. Their 50 hectares of vineyards are primarily planted with Chardonnay, spanning the Bourgogne and Chablis appellations. They also grow Sauvignon (AOC Saint-Bris), Pinot Noir (AOC Irancy), as well as the rare grape varieties Aligoté, Sacy, and César.
With a deep attachment to their family roots, they are building a new estate with a spirit of freedom. Céline and Frédéric are writing their own chapter in the history of wine.
Wine tourism is their specialty, offering a variety of activities:
• Walks through the Grands Crus
• Vineyard tours
• Discovery tastings
• Sensory tastings
• Tastings paired with gougères (a local specialty)
• Tastings paired with gourmet platters (cheese/charcuterie)
The estate now offers nine accommodations, including seven in the heart of Chablis.
