Chalet Le Hameau Tranquille
Le Grand Carrey is part of the Courchevel commune, all interlinked by free shuttle buses running from 7:30 am to after midnight throughout the season. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from Chalet Le Hameau. It takes 8 minutes to reach Le Praz Courchevel station, where you can put your skis on. You can also take a free seasonal bus to Bozel for shopping and restaurants.
The chalet (110 m²) welcomes up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate WC. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with bunk beds (for safety, the top bunk supports a maximum of 65 kg). Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double and an en-suite shower room, one with 2 single beds, and one with a double bed, sharing a family bathroom.
This chalet, dating from around 1730 and located in a historic village near the Sainte-Catherine chapel (1584), was fully renovated in 2025 while keeping original features like lime walls and exposed beams. Please be aware the new staircase shown in the photograph is steep.
The fully equipped kitchen features 2 fridge-freezers, an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, all suitable for 8 guests. Tap water is perfectly safe to drink. You have Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dryer, and external ski storage at your disposal.

There is free parking in several areas around the village, guaranteeing space. It is possible to drive to the front door to unload luggage. One pet is allowed; please mention this when booking. Loud parties are not permitted. Cleaning is not included; the chalet must be left as you found it. In exceptional cases, a charge will apply.
Hiking trails are accessible right from the house, with the paths only 20 meters away.
