Location, clean, bathroom, owner was very helpfull, price, close to the canal

There was very little light even if you open the windows, no views

The location is perfect, especially having the Orto jetty so close and the bars and restaurants of Cannaregio so easily walkable. The garden is fabulous and the apartments are lovely.

Nothing.

A huge thank you to the hosts for the wonderful apartment in Venice! We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is spacious, cozy, comfortable, and beautifully arranged over two floors. There is a vaporetto stop within walking distance, which makes getting around Venice very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the apartment also had air conditioning. Everything was clean, convenient, and well thought out. Thank you so much for your hospitality and care! We wish you continued success and prosperity, and many more happy guests. We will definitely recommend these apartments to our friends and other travelers! ❤️

Location was amazing, super convenient for the vaparettos

The listing inaccurately stated the unit had 2 queen beds and did not explain pullout couch like typically done. It had a queen bed and a pullout couch. Also, the ac didn't work and it was boiling hot in the loft. Super uncomfortable and we had to sleep with frozen wet towels to fall asleep.
