The location was excellent, easy communication, modern furnishings.
It was very noisy in the evenings. Loud noise from the nearby restaurants could be heard until late at night.
The areas under the beds and the sofa had not been cleaned properly.
We had booked and paid for a room with a jacuzzi, but there was no jacuzzi.
