It is on a slope and offers a wonderful view of the Churfirsten mountains. In summer, the garden, including a fire pit, invites you to barbecue. In winter, you can reach the village centre (village square) in about 5 minutes, from where you can conveniently take the ski bus to the valley station of the mountain railways. The basement contains the laundry and storage room, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and separate toilet. The double bedroom, which was previously located in the basement, has been moved to the attic.
