Kitchen supplies. Cups were the size a child would play with. Limited supplies. Room had enough space for at least a queen bed. Not great for two friends traveling together. No option for twin beds but did have the space. Poor initial communication from the host as to how to get in and then when given a time was late with no notification they would be late getting there

El alojamiento es muy lindo, está muy bien ubicado, a 3 cuadras pasan los buses locales y a 10min caminando encuentran la estación de Venezia mestre de donde salen trenes a Venezia y a cualquier lugar de Italia, tiene restaurantes y tiendas cerca. El sr que nos recibió super amable, nos dejó entrar antes del check in nos explicó muy bien todo el funcionamiento del hospedaje, hay acceso a cocina, nevera, lavadora y hasta plancha si desean, la relación calidad y precio es muy buena, volvería en una próxima oportunidad.

Good and cheaper alternative to accommodate in Venice. Mestre station is nearby, 11 minutes journey to Venice rail station. Clean room, stayed cool at night even though it was scorching hot outside. A note of appreciation goes to Almas, the nice host. A real gentleman, thanks.

The location of the house was pretty good, quiet neighborhood and clean streets. Close to a couple of bakeries, supermarkets and coffee houses. . The room was renovated so it looked very good.

Uncomfortable stay and poor hygiene The bed was a good size, but both the mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable; we woke up every day with severe back and neck pain. Housekeeping and cleanliness were a major issue. The bathroom was not cleaned properly before our arrival—we found used razors, empty shampoo tubes, and trash left behind by the previous guests in the shower. Additionally, the extra quilt in the room smelled heavily of a dirty dog, humidity and dust in general. I requested a replacement, but staff never brought one. Because the nights were cold, we had to sleep in our jackets to stay warm. Management and communication were also frustrating. We needed to pay the local tourist tax, but the host didn't provide a specific time to collect it. Since we had trains to catch and plans to keep, we couldn't wait around all day and had to leave the cash in the key box. Communication was very difficult as the host did not speak English or Spanish, making it nearly impossible to resolve issues or coordinate basic details.
