Nice apartment spacious good shower plenty of room

Bad instructions on how to get in. Garage is round the other side of the building and the code inside the garage doesn’t work I was asked by a couple of other travellers how do you do it. So was a complete nightmare getting luggage to the lift. My biggest issue was I’d travelled 27 hours all driving from the uk non stop so was doing to sleep most of the day. But in a downstairs flat there was building work going on all day. Spoke to owner of flat and she said she could move up to another apartment in another block. But when you’ve had so much hassle getting in the flat with all luggage unpacked and been travelling that amount of time I just couldn’t be bothered after so 2 days out of our 4 days were ruined. We felt like we couldn’t go back to apartments if we wanted pease and quiet I’m in my 60s and my wife is nearly 70 So we have to save hard for our holidays We asked for a partial refund for the hassle and all the noise. And once I asked for this the host just ignored us. Very disappointed I wouldn’t have wrote this if we’d been given a small refund to cover extra cost stopping away from apartment in the day but once host has your money she doesn’t give a s##t about you
