Run! Do not stay here. No POWER it was an electrical fire hazard. Then it flooded and the host did nothing! I paid upfront for 7 days and couldn’t stay after 2. It is not safe. I have waited over 30 days for them to refund me and nothing, they are a money taking business with NO care factor. It is street level, with frosted glass doors no daylight. Can’t even open a window because I was scared someone could climb in. At 11.00pm I was in the dark with no power and couldn’t charge my phone to get out after calling and texting NO support. I waited till midday the next day and NO ONE came to help.It was a horrible experience that they have taken no accountability for. They just send generated AI messages in the hope you give up. It is not safe.
The property advertises city View. You get a view of the building across the road. The curtains in the picture cover glass doors that has a window you can open however it is street level so not safe. Im a lady solo traveler. All the appliances can’t be used because the wiring is faulty, the minute I arrived I messaged them and got no action, then 2 days later when I did not use any appliance the power went out. It a cheap fit put that is not safe. Something was constantly leaking which put a puddle under the bed and water damaged my things.
I did not want to write a poor review but in over 30 days they keep ignoring me and are doing nothing about it. Booking.com also are not helping. When you stay somewhere nice you don’t have problems however I was on a low budget and it was nightmare for me. They did not meet simple safety standards and that’s why the Power cut off. It was too many appliances on the outlets in such a small space. The worst thing is I couldn’t stay there and they refuse to refund me. I’m fair but no power, no one to help and now no one is accepting responsibility. A young person would stay there not knowing how dangerous it is. Fires happen when wired incorrectly. This is not a safe place
