A small villa with a private garden, a 10-minute walk from the boat landing for St. Mark’s Square in Venice (a comfortable 30-minute boat ride), the Lido, and the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello.
Close to the Punta Sabbioni breakwater, a large public beach, and bike paths along the sea, the lagoon, and the salt marshes.

The villa is located within a very quiet and private residential complex. Access to the house from the outside is via a small driveway leading to the home’s private entrance gate. The 10-kilometer bike path cantilevered over the Pordelio Canal, which connects the hamlets of Punta Sabbioni and Cavallino, is among the longest in Europe.
