We had such a lovely stay and will definitely come again. Quiet street close with a peaceful historic shrine at the end. Apartment had everything we needed, enough space, clean and beautiful touches, beds were very comfortable. Owners were so helpful and communicated regularly to see how we were going and also responded to our messages very quickly. The information email was the best with everything we needed to know about how everything worked, helpful information about the area, emergency information- they covered absolutely everything.
Great location, close to station, great coffee, a short walk to Ueno park and museums. Thank you 🙏 Lisa and Dylan

The staff constantly communicated to ensure I was always in the know. They even offered support after I left the apartment. They were friendly and helpful. Great service. The apartment itself is in a really chill spot with lots of this to do nearby. It’s really close to Iriya Station and about 12 mins walk to Ueno station. It might be a little small for some but it isn’t overbearingly small.
There was a minor mishap with fees but it was quickly resolved by the staff. Again, a testament to their hardwork.
