Good price and very central; welcome drink and service were nice.
Street is very busy and challenging to drive, be aware you need to reserve parking in advance, it is not in the hotel but it worked well.

Excellent location that made it easy to tour the center of Tiranna. Staff incredibly friendly kind and thoughtful. The desk clerk knew that we would be walking around town and gave us extra bottles of water before we left the building. Breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the city was an added bonus to our trip. Modern room and amenities - especially liked the bathroom light automatically switching on for midnight visit.
Small room but not unusual for a large city.
