Location, spacious, washing machine
Communication wasnt great with the host, never received instructions to check in until I texted the host once we had already arrived. The water temperature in shower was hard to adjust.

The room is very spacious, toilet and shower room is separate. The shower area is big. Location is very convenient, there’s a 24 hour supermarket near by which is a great plus!!
Customer service is not too attentive, asked about the missing garbage can in the room, it never got delivered to the room.

Très bonne localisation à proximité dé dotonbori et du métro, grande salle de bain et cuisine.
Lit à ressort un peu dur

Location was great in a quiet neighborhood and close to the subway station. The room’s washing machine was a nice plus.
Communication with the host wasn’t great. I sent an early check in request and didn’t hear back. I got instructions to get in the day before and was nervous as my card had already been charged. The mattress was awful! Both my sister and I could feel every spring. I ended up flipping the mattress to get better sleep the second night and my sister had to use the additional blanket, which wasn’t too helpful.
