Location and friendly staff.
No washing facilities were only minor complaint for our longer stay.

The building itself is amazing, with interesting architecture. Good location for central Dijon too
Rooms were clean, but basic. No aircon, and really hot thanks to thick walls, so the fans had to run all night. 18 euros pp for a basic breakfast is waaay too much.
