The beds were super comfortable. The bedrooms were very cozy. The location was convenient. Host was very friendly and communicative.
The shower was tiny, the toilet was cramped. The air filter/exhaust system in the shower room was really dirty. I understand that it’s just dust collecting on the exhaust vent, but it was gross to accidentally touch it after a shower. I don’t know if there’s any way to put a cover on the shower exhaust vent? Also, the half basement location was a bit suffocating. It’s clearly a converted office…it’s not for everyone.

La localisation tout juste collée sur le marais est parfaite si vous ne voulez vivre une expérience un peu plus authentique lors de votre visite à Paris. En plus le logement est situé à quelques pas de la place de la République qui est un lieu très vivant et qui est exceptionnellement bien desservi par le/les métro. Vous pouvez donc rapidement aller où vous le désirez en quelques minutes. Si vous voulez plutôt profiter de la beauté de la ville en marchant, vous serez à Notre-Dame-de-Paris en 30 minutes.
L'appart est grand et le look est super intéressant, il était propre et sans mauvaises odeurs.
Ca peut être un peu bruyant pour la personne qui dort sur le divan lit car il est collé sur le devant de l'appartement et le mur avant qui donne sur la rue est presque 100% vitré. La rue directement en face n'est pas super passante, ce qui aide un peu sur ce point.
La cuisine et le réfrigérateur ne sont pas super grands, ce qui n'incite pas vraiment à cuisiner.

The location of the apartment is excellent, in a vibrant area of the city with good restaurants and bars, and with easy access to both Oberkamf and Republique metro stations within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment itself is spacious on two levels, and the bedrooms are both of a good size with huge beds. The shower is good with strong water pressure, and separate from the toilet which are both downstairs. The air conditioning was an added bonus since we were there in the hot weather.
The back of the apartment by the kitchen and bathroom is a bit dark - consider taking a portable mirror if you want to apply makeup!

"Excellent property. Comfy beds, wonderful ac. Powerful shower and amenities. Would definitely stay again. Close to a lot of restaurants loved the bottle of wine very thoughtful"
