Stunning 60m² duplex apartment completely renovated by an architect, on the 3rd floor (NO lift) of a secure historic building dating from 1792.
Ideally located in the heart of Le Marais, close to cafes, restaurants, the Picasso Museum, the reknown Food Market des Enfants Rouges and art galleries..;
2 min walk from Filles du Calvaire metro station (line 8).

The Space:
This 3 room duplex has been completely redesigned and recently renovated by an architect!
It consists on the first level, of a hallway at the entrance serving separate toilets and leading to a very beautiful comfortable living space bathed in light, consisting of a lounge area, a dining area and a open and fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs is the sleeping area and the bathroom.
That is :
+ 1 large double bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200);
+ 1 smaller double bedroom (trundle bed) with a queen size bed (160x200)
+ 1 independent bathroom with shower and toilet;
+ 1 separate WC at the entrance level;

The apartment is located in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the lively and lively Marais district with its many fashion boutiques, brasseries, bars and local shops.
You will have plenty of time to walk around to discover the district and live in total immersion in one of the most popular districts of the capital. You will also easily access major tourist sites in a few minutes either on foot or by metro.
