This property possibly operates illegally, first they try to get some cash from you as “deposit” circumventing booking.com
They also refuse to give you an invoice for your szay even tho I have said it in advance I need it. Very shady, they even ghost booking.com support team. I am in touch with the correct authorities about this.

Check in experience is a disaster
Location of the apartment is great and the apartment itself it’s ok -quite new
I was not sent proper check in instructions to the property. It was not possible to contact the owner as the number is always switched off. I literally thought it’s a scam and spend time talking to Booking Agent to see what’s my options in case I have not received any information and they finally send me code to the door via WhatsApp after the official check in time. They have mentioned the wrong building number on the booking site and I was not Informed via WhatsApp that it was wrong, so I spend some time trying to open the gate door to the wrong building, then finally cleaner who send me information told me “oh owner do not put the correct address on the booking”, then they have not mentioned the number of the apartment and lady even didn’t know what was the number of the apartment so she was trying to explain it via WhatsApp call, then she send me the wrong code to open the key locker and I needed to call one more time to her. The whole experience was just ridiculous- never in my life I had this disappointing check in experience. The apartment has no iron, no blow dryer and other useful things. They have not send me WiFi password and I needed to look for router everywhere (behind the tv build in the wall) to get it. There was bedsheets and towels drying in the middle of the living room when we entered. The air conditioner is really bad as it’s not getting cool -only one unit. The two bedroom they advertised it’s actually living room which was divided by the wall and there are two super small rooms created with only beds -like not even a rooms. So in general I think owner has no interest in making guest feel comfortable in that place as he just outsourced everything to the cleaner who was new and had no idea about things. Really sad experience.

Dobrá lokalita na 1 noc.
Výborná lokalita. Komunikácia dobrá.
Nedostatočne vyčistená najmä kuchyňa, špinavá chladnička a sprchový kút.

Mindenkit óva intek a foglalástól!
Egy átverés az egész!
