The host is awesome and lives close by so was able to welcome us in person to give us a little tour as we arrived. They were great at communicating and answering any questions we had, and just came across as a really nice, helpful person. The property is lovely and has a little seating area out back if you were staying longer and wanted a little sunshine reading moment outside on an afternoon. Location-wise, it took us about 20 mins to walk with my heavy luggage from the bus station, but fitter folks who don’t travel with the kitchen sink in their suitcase could be much faster. 😂 The directions are really easy to follow to get there, and there is a little pub nearby if you want a bite to eat before checking in. There is also a bus stop a block away that will take you into town where all the cute canal-side restaurants are. We stayed just for one night in September 2026, as an easy pit stop to be able to get to the airport at the end of our travels, and it was lovely. Beds were super comfortable, and there was a ton of wardrobe space and drawers if we needed them (great for those on longer stays). Each of the bedrooms had it’s own bathroom, so me and my bestie took a side of the house each and could each shower and sleep whenever we wanted without getting in the others way. The shower was amaze…one of those giant flat rain shower-head setups. The property is really peaceful and quiet, and you can’t hear the neighbours at all. There is also a full kitchen with all the amenities you need, and even a basket of hot drinks to make, so we were all cared for. The tv is huge and we were able to find the end of the movie Bridget Jones’s Diary in English to watch when we got home from dinner, so we had a proper ‘recovery from all the walking’ schlump on the huge sofa before bed. It’s super comfy! As we were checking out, our host came over to wave us off and thank us for staying at his place.

This is a great place for airport pit stops, or breaks where you don’t mind getting a bus to go do touristy things, but you should note that this is a property midway toward the outskirts of the city, so there is not as much to do right on your front door, and it’s mostly a little take away and a cute pub. So just be prepared and ok to take a bus into the city centre, or to walk a bit more than usual, and you’ll find this to be the loveliest place to stay! There is nothing the property needs to improve on though as the host is very kind and thoughtful and communicative so if we had stayed long enough to find something to be picky over I’m positive he would have it fixed and sorted in a jiffy.

Tesis tarihi merkeze nehir kenarından 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Bize tahsis edilmiş özel otopark ve mükemmel bir ev sahibi. Ev çok geniş ve özenle dizayn edilmiş. Temizlik konusunda çok memnun kaldık. Yataklar çok rahattı. İki adet banyo olması büyük avantaj.
