Cozy apartment for up to 6 people, located on the third floor of a building WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The apartment is just a 1-minute walk from the train station, perfect for easily reaching the Cinque Terre. Bright and comfortable rooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. Air conditioning in all rooms ensures maximum comfort during your stay. Conveniently located near amenities, bars, and restaurants.
The apartment is divided as follows:
- Living room with French sofa bed and TV
- 2 double bedrooms
- Dining room
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with shower.
It is easily accessible from La Spezia Central Station, about a 1-minute walk away. Therefore, arriving by car is not recommended due to the difficulty of finding parking.
!!IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING!!
By law, you are required to complete an online guest registration form before arrival. The form takes about 10 minutes and must be completed by all travelers.
For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Do not call the portal number: for any emergencies or requests, please use the messaging service provided by the portal you booked on.
La Spezia falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the
Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in
winter, so heating systems may be turned on for a maximum of
12 hours per day, from November 1st to April 15th. During
this period, a fee of euro 10/day will be applied to
compensate for heating costs for bookings lasting more than 15 days.
Security deposit: A security deposit of Euro100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
