Prime Location: The building is located at the entrance to Pünderich, set back from the main thoroughfare, across from a public park. It is a new construction; the apartment was completed in 2007. The building is well-maintained and quiet. The Burgblick Pünderich vacation rental is located on the top floor of this building, which contains a total of 6 apartments. Three apartments are permanently rented out, two are used privately as vacation rentals, and the Burgblick Pünderich apartment is used privately but is also rented out to vacation guests from time to time. Guests describe the location as prime because it offers views of Pünderich, the Moselle, the opposite Moselle slopes, and Marienburg Castle.
The town of Pünderich is a picturesque resort town situated directly on the Moselle and away from the main thoroughfare. There are hotels, guesthouses, and restaurants. During the summer months, a ferry runs to the other bank of the Moselle, expanding the hiking routes. Pünderich also has a dock for Moselle river cruises. Boat excursions are available. A bike path and hiking trail run directly below the apartment. Excursions to the Lower or Upper Moselle are ideal.



Burgblick Vacation Apartment:

You’ll be renting an entire 80-square-meter vacation apartment. It is laid out over two levels. Downstairs, the 60-square-meter area includes the living room with an open kitchen, the staircase leading to the loft, the exquisite bathroom, and a double bedroom. An interior spiral staircase leads up to the 20-square-meter loft. There you’ll find seating, two sleeper sofas, a table with chairs, a TV, and a dresser. The larger sleeper sofa sleeps two people. If you’d like to sleep separately, the second sleeper sofa is available.
Both levels offer views of the beautiful countryside; in particular, the view of Marienburg Castle, the Moselle River, and the vineyards from the living room is consistently praised. Both levels are well-lit; despite being an attic apartment, the unit is flooded with light and pleasantly bright.



On-site costs: You are renting an entire, separate vacation apartment. The vacation apartment features an open layout and is filled with natural light. It is laid out over two levels—a duplex apartment. Downstairs is the living area with an open kitchen, access to the balcony, the bathroom, and the separate bedroom. A staircase leads up to the loft. There, you’ll find the second sleeping area on a pull-out sofa bed. There is another sofa bed in the TV corner with armchairs. Upstairs, there is also a table with chairs and a dresser. The loft is spacious with various cozy seating areas. The apartment is serviced by a professional cleaning service. Bed linens and towels are included. The cleaning service is billed separately at a flat rate. Since the apartment has tile flooring and the loft has laminate flooring—both of which are cleaned with a damp mop—the apartment is suitable for people with allergies. Pets are not allowed. There are no extra charges for the heated floors, electricity, or water.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 21:00, and check-out is from 11:00 to 11:00.
