With 90 square meters of space, it comfortably sleeps 8 people! Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower stalls.
The apartment is in a very convenient location for getting around La Spezia as well as for visiting Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre. The home is well-maintained down to the smallest detail and equipped with all the amenities. Quiet and cozy.

Theapartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, which is not wheelchair accessible.
KITCHEN. Equipped with a dishwasher, conventional oven, electric oven, kettle, and various kitchen utensils.
