The apartment was spacious, immaculate, well-equipped, and oh, the view and location. The owners were responsive and helpful. Our favorite place on our whole Sicily trip!!! A gem!!

Our stay at Balconi Bellavista was the perfect start to our Italian adventure. From the moment we booked, the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate some special requests, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. They even recommended an excellent private transfer service from Palermo, which made our arrival in Cefalù incredibly easy. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and perfectly located. The view from every window looked like something out of a postcard, and the balcony quickly became our favourite spot to relax with an early morning breakfast or an afternoon aperitivo. With breathtaking beach views on one side and all the charm, atmosphere, and energy of the old town right on our doorstep, we truly felt immersed in the beauty of Cefalù. The hosts' attention to detail was exceptional. Before arriving in Sicily, we weren't aware that tap water isn't typically recommended for drinking, so finding a pre-chilled bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge after our late-night arrival was a thoughtful touch that was very much appreciated. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was booking a private boat tour with the hosts on their beautiful boat. It was an incredible afternoon and a truly unforgettable experience. Gigi was the perfect host, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped aboard. Seeing the stunning Sicilian coastline from the water and spending quality time together as a family created memories that we will treasure for a lifetime. Balconi Bellavista exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding hospitality, an unbeatable location, spectacular views, thoughtful touches, and unique experiences made this one of the highlights of our trip. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cefalù. Five stars and our heartfelt thanks to the team for such a memorable stay.

fantastic location close to the beach. We stayed in an old building close to the harbour with a direct view out to sea. Big living room and kitchen had everything you need. There is a bakery next door and 100M access to the sea. Clear blue water and we swam twice a day. Lots of restaurants in every direction. The host representative (Girolamo Coco) was very nice, sent emails and text messages in advance of our visit and was very pleasant and helpful on arrival.

You enter the apartment directly into the bedroom and then move into the living room. The bed is small in length - perhaps to fit in and my feet hung over the end. I am not tall - 5'7" - if you are tall this will not work for you. The pillows could be replaced - they are lumpy and the use of a plastic sheet on top of the mattress meant the bed covers shifted. I had family in two other apartments in the same building. I suspect the apartments were carved out of a bigger set of rooms. It did not spoil the holiday as everything else was so good.
