Great location and beautiful property. The bar and restaurant downstairs was very convenient. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
No elevator but the staff helped with luggage going up the stairs. Bar downstairs was very loud until after 10:30 at night.

Great location in the old city, the hotel was very clean and tidy. All restaurants, bars and shops within a 5 minute walk.

Location was excellent situated in the centre near river St Lawrwnce, the old town and the citadel / plains of Abraham. Restuarent downstairs did excellent breakfast and good value.
Instructions on car parking as lots of work being done on roads and buildings . therefore some road closures.

Location was in the heart of old town.
Our room 32 was spacious and clean. There was no view from the window. Just walls, pipes and roofs. Unfortunately the bed head board was backing on to the wall of the bathroom of the next room. We heard toilets and showers all night. Perhaps they could rearrange the furniture as this is a really nice room.
