Location, safety, availability of parking, comfy bed, price to stay was reasonable.
Paying for parking upped cost considerably, breakfast service was not good, but hotel did comp the cost of breakfast and one nights parking as well for the inconvenience. Tub didn’t drain well and one light was on Fritz. No refrigerator in room was inconvenient and could be easily fixed.

Size of room, kitchen...even though we just made tea and chilled water
TV that worked..., it wouldn't go on at all. Couldn't look out the window because there was a dental office directly across from us and the offices could all look into our room so we had no light from outside at all. Having to walk through the garage to get where the other people in our group had rooms.
