The food was excellent, customer service, and overall environment.
The staff must make sure the bathrooms are cleaned better, I found hair in the shower and purchased cleaning products.

Beds were comfortable, we were satisfied by the breakfast options.
View from the room was awfull, we were expecting a bigger room but it was fine

I picked this hotel because it’s close to my favorite bar😁

Centrally located and walking distance to the main attractions.
Wrong room category given at the check in. Booked the junior suite and got a standard room which didn’t match the booking.com pictures and descriptions. We were told that the room we got it’s marked in the system as junior suite. We had to ask 4 times to get a baby crib in the room which was pre-requested in the reservation as well.
