Nothing its Ashley’s great day here

This was my third consecutive stay at this hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience! The excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff make this hotel my favorite choice whenever I visit Orlando. Every time I come back, I feel welcomed and at home. The fact that I have chosen to stay here for the third time speaks for itself. I truly appreciate the hospitality and the care provided by the entire team. Thank you for making my stay special once again! I look forward to coming back many more times. ❤️ I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando. You won't be disappointed! 🇺🇸✨

Nothing disappointed me. Everything was wonderful!

Location as it’s around all the shops/restaurants

I stay here every 1/2 years, I was here October 2025 and the hotel has severely went downhill, you no longer get your beds made every day and rarely get them changed. We had a giant dead month accompany us in our room for 2x week which housekeeping didn’t remove so obviously we’re not clear int the room properly, and now they clean even less we had bugs coming from our sink and wall sockets. And walking past each hotel room you can see all the mould on the curtains on the rooms
