Skyler at check in was very friendly, the hotel was an easy walk to the gondola pick up, portion sizes at the restaurant were good and the views were great.

$45 a day for valet that you’re required to use and they don’t have any modern tipping options or the option to add to your bill, only cash. I felt so guilty not being able to tip-not having cash- that it felt like I just shouldnt access my car at all. We paid $45 a day so if there was something said like “this is an automatic tip” id feel better. What does that charge even go to…

The apartment was spacious and the full kitchen was excellent as we were self catering and didn’t want to eat out due to the high cost of doing so in this area. The washer and dryer were invaluable for us as a family. The surroundings were beautiful and the plants were well maintained so it all looked stunning.

Paying for parking at $45 a day - and valet only which we found uncomfortable as it’s not our style. We found later that we could have parked more cheaply elsewhere which we would have preferred if given the option to drop off and park a little distance away for $30 a day instead. The property was more expensive than places we’d usually choose. It was really lovely but we wouldn’t have been able to justify more than 3 nights.

The setting in the mountains is spectacular.

Our room abutted the elevator shaft. That was so loud it drowned out TV and conversation, and we only had quiet from about 11-430. Heard every elevator ride. Second issue is that the room was so cramped there was no table or chair. Literally the only place to sit for a cup of coffee was on a bed or on the toilet. They should just make this specific room a supply or linen closet.
