Did was great, ordered in room.
Should have asked for room on elevated floor.

New decor, excellent location, good views, valet staff was AMAZING, housekeepers kind and friendly, safe parking available, comfortable bed, great TV
The front desk staff were unwelcoming, stiff and left out important information related to accessing the parking garage. Some aspects of the room need to be addressed as well. The toilet seat was chipped and peeling, we had mismatched and frayed towels, and stains on a piece of furniture - with a $300 room deposit. Not a 4 star experience.

The room and the location. 6
Street noise at night made it hard to sleep.

Cleanliness
The air conditioning didn’t work well, and the toilets wouldn’t flush properly.
