Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forrest City by IHG

Hotel was fine - rooms booked were not what was provided when we reached the hotel. In this case we asked for a room with two double beds for 3 young men. The room came with 1 bed which meant that one young man had to sleep on the floor.

some patrons at the hotel had a little too much to drink and were harassing patrons in the parking lot and inside the hotel.

I asked Chatgpt for a clean quiet hotel for an overnight stay between Memphis and Little Rock. It said this Holiday Inn was the place and they were right. Extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Exactly what we needed after driving over 800 miles that day.

The hotel was very clean and staff was nice. I felt safe

The breakfast could’ve been better. Not because of whoever cooked it, but just the lack of options. The fruit was on its way out and the only options for warm food were sausage and eggs. That’s it. It was fine but I’ve had better at other holiday inns.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and fairly comfortable.

Elevators only half worked and were very dirty. The rest of the place was only marginally cleaner.
