Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip Las Vegas

It was well situated. The rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. I liked the concierge service on text.

It did not have that many amenities. A couple of towels were not clean. There were a lot of sales representatives trying to sell. Wasn’t able to put stay on Hilton honors membership because booked through third party.

It was quiet, clean and close to everything

None of the dryers in the laundry room and also in our suite worked. Tried everyone of them for 2 hours each and was not able to dry our clothes.

Nice location of the actual hotel, right on the strip with easy access to shops and activities. Rooms are nice and filled with all the necessities and then some! No noise from neighbors, good sense of privacy.

Finding the hotel was a nightmare; put in the given address and gps took us to the outskirts of town, search “Hilton grand” and gps takes you to Trump tower (GROSS), third attempt was successful only to be greeted by the most difficult parking situation I’ve ever encountered. Ended up parking in the right structure but with elevators and escalators being out of commission it took 15 minutes just to get from parking to check in. Wi-Fi was non functional and our floor was above cell reception so it was a complete dead zone during the stay when in the room.

It was fine. What I needed and no more. Clean, modern, good location although a bit hard to get into as you have to go through the mall

I am unhappy with booking.com telling me I could get early check and late check out as well as cash back to spend on the property if I paid a bit extra. yet on arrival none of this was actually true! So I over paid for nothing. Even the credit the staff reluctantly gave me then didn’t show on my account and I had to complain to get it credited.
