Very nice looking place with a close distance to World's of Fun. The breakfast was not bad for a hotel breakfast.
My room had no hot water, air conditioner was a little loud, and there was a lot of sketchy people on our property.

The location and price. We got extra towels when we asked for them.
The breakfast could be open longer. The AC was very loud.
