The staff makes you feel like family.
That the table area is closed ror card playing or socializing.

Love location and that it is by Waffle House.
The smell of the room smelled musty.

A direct route to and from Morton Amphitheater.

Room was worn looking. Bathtub was rusting out on the ceramic. Bathroom amenities were spare. HVAC was not working properly. Dimly lit room and no lighting in the dark coffee service cubby.
Breakfast was nowhere near the quality of freshness at other HIExpress properties I’ve stayed in. Property needs some updating/maintenance. Soundproofing in rooms was also needs improvements. Not on par with other HIExpress properties.
