Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore

The property was really nice and inviting

To pay to park at the property it went from $15 to $19.89 and the staff wasn’t as friendly and we didn’t have hot water until it was time to go, we were told it’s wasn’t hot bc it was too many ppl in the hotel which didn’t make sense

Beautiful hotel, staff very polite and friendly and gracious!

Couldn't access the football game. Amazon Prime was not available. Bar ran out of wine and name brand whiskey early in the evening. Bar not well stocked! Minor issues, I'm sure will be addressed. Everything else was great!!!

The garden lobby of the hotel. Beautiful detailed

The glass elevators was a modern twist (nice) .They stop working on numerous occasions. It was a very uncomfortable feeling , being stuck high in the air..and parking should have been free. You could also smell and see people smoking weed out side .. What you do in your house is your private business .. but not on hotel property … E.G

The internal garden is very pretty. The wait staff at the restaurant were wonderful. Free airport shuttle.

I had to request a room change because the smell of mold and chemical cleaners was so strong that it made me feel sick to my stomach. The second room was less musty but also had a strong chemical smell. The room was 60 degrees when I arrived which is SO cold. I assume they do this to try and keep the humidity, and also the mold, down but it is not a good strategy. I have traveled all over the world and never had this kind of experience.
