Very clean and the employees were so sweet and helpful

The price.
The location near the street was loud, residents were up all night running down the halls, and breakfast had to be cooked. We did not know that you had to request it even though we paid for the breakfast with room charges.

The Room was very clean and everything was fine.
The Service was very bad. The Lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. We had our check in time after 3 PM. We came to the Hotel at 5 and the room wasnt ready. We were told that it would take another hour.
When we came back to dor the check in there was a very long waitingline. The Lady at the fromt desk was tipping and always shaking the head. She was bearly talking.
